1. The customer first sends in their drawings or requirements either through Call/Whatsapp, or Email, or by visiting the premises, or by simply filling out this form.
2. Our team reverts back within 24 hours with a quotation or an estimate. 
3. Once the customer approves, the measurement team visits the customer’s site to gather precise measurements.
4. After the advance amount is received, the measurement team submits the data to the production team and the production is started.
5. Lastly the installation team coordinates with the customer, and finishes the installation within the promised deadline. 

Generally the products are dispatched within 1-2 Weeks of placing the order, but the total elapsed time highly depends on the order value, volume, and glazing requirements. 

The customer is required to pay an advance amount worth 50% of the total order value before the production starts, and the rest of the amount before dispatch, or during installation.
